WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept several secure payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Carte Bancaire, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are encrypted and protected for the purchase of your printable posters and wall art prints.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
There is no physical delivery. Everything depends on the type of decorative poster ordered:
Standard Posters — immediate download after payment, in high-resolution A4 and A3 PDF format. You receive your link by email and in your Shopify customer account.
Personalized Posters — your personalized poster is delivered within 24 to 48 hours after order validation, by email in PDF format.
WHAT FILE FORMATS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our downloadable posters are provided in high-resolution PDF format, in A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) dimensions. These formats are compatible with the vast majority of standard frames available in stores.
WHAT IS THE FILE RESOLUTION?
All our wall art files are created in high resolution (300 DPI minimum), ensuring a crisp and professional print, whether at home or via a printer.
ARE THE POSTERS PRINTED?
No. We exclusively sell printable posters in digital format. You print your wall poster at home or with a professional printer according to your preferences.
HOW DO I PRINT MY POSTERS?
After downloading your decorative poster, you can print it at home on a standard printer, or take it to a local or online printing service (Cewe, Pixartprinting, etc.). We recommend 200g matte paper for an optimal result.
WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE FOR PRINTING?
For a premium look for your wall poster, we recommend matte or semi-gloss photo paper, 200 to 250g weight. Standard 80g paper is also suitable for everyday use.
ARE THE POSTERS SUITABLE FOR ALL FRAMES?
Yes. Our A4 and A3 formats are compatible with standard frames sold at IKEA, Maisons du Monde, Zara Home, and most wall decor retailers. No cropping is necessary.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY POSTERS?
Yes! Some of our designs are personalized posters. After purchase, our team will personalize your poster (texts, names, dates, colors) and send you your PDF file within 24 to 48 hours. No graphic design skills are required on your part.
CAN I GIFT A POSTER?
Absolutely. Our personalized posters and downloadable posters make beautiful gifts. You can purchase for someone else and send the download link directly. Ideal for a baby shower gift, birthday, or housewarming.
HOW MANY POSTERS CAN I DOWNLOAD?
Each purchase gives you access to a download link valid for your personal use. Our printable posters are for private use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.
DO YOU OFFER PACKS OR COLLECTIONS?
Yes, we offer thematic collections of wall art and wall decor: posters for baby rooms, kitchens, living rooms, entryways, and much more. Find our packs in the shop to decorate multiple rooms with a consistent style.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
As our products are downloadable posters in digital format, no cancellation or refund is possible after download, in accordance with regulations on digital content. In case of technical issues, please contact us immediately.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A POSTER?
As the products are digital decorative posters, no return or exchange is possible after download. In case of a technical problem (corrupted file, defective link), our customer service remains available to assist you quickly.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
No physical address is necessary. Our wall posters and printable posters are sent directly by email as downloadable PDF files. Simply ensure your email address is correct during checkout.
