Wall poster or wall print, what's the difference? None: wall poster and wall print refer to the same thing, an illustration intended to be hung on the wall. We use both terms for the same range of products.

Price
How much does a printable poster cost at Atelier Salad-Dressing Paris? Our posters are sold between €3 and €6. The majority of our wall prints are €4 or €5, and our personalized posters (birth, Mother's Day) are €5 or €6. The average price observed on the shop is €5 per poster.
Is a digital wall poster really cheaper than a printed and delivered poster? Yes. A digital wall poster at €3-6 is cheaper than a printed and delivered poster (often €15-30 including shipping), because there is no mandatory professional printing, no delivery, and you can reprint it as many times as necessary.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal, Visa, Carte Bancaire, MasterCard and American Express. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Delivery & download
How are my printable posters delivered? There is no physical delivery: our decorative posters are digital files. Standard posters are available for immediate download after payment (link sent by e-mail and available in your customer account). Personalized posters are delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I change my delivery address? No physical address is required: our wall prints are sent by e-mail in PDF format. Just make sure your e-mail address is correct when ordering.
Do I receive a physical item after my order? No. All our posters are digital files to download and print yourself — no package is shipped.
Formats & printing
What file formats are available? Our printable posters are provided in high-resolution PDF, in A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) formats, compatible with most standard frames.
What is the file resolution? All our wall art files are in high resolution, minimum 300 DPI, for crisp printing at home or at a print shop.
Are the posters already printed? No, we exclusively sell digital printable posters. You print them yourself or via a professional printer.
How do I print my posters? You can print at home on a standard printer, or take the file to a local or online print shop. We recommend 200g matte paper for an optimal result.
What paper should I use for printing? For a premium look, opt for matte or semi-gloss photo paper, 200 to 250g weight. Standard 80g paper is also suitable for everyday use.
Are my posters compatible with all frames? Yes, A4 and A3 formats are compatible with most standard frames sold in stores, without any cropping needed.
Personalization & gifts
Can I personalize my posters? Yes. After purchase, our team will personalize your poster (texts, names, dates, colors) and send you the PDF file within 24 to 48 hours. No graphic design skills are required on your part.
Can I give a poster as a gift? Yes, our personalized posters make excellent original birth gifts, as well as beautiful birthday or housewarming gifts. You can purchase for someone else and send them the download link directly.
What's the best original inexpensive gift idea? A personalized printable poster, between €5 and €6, is an original inexpensive gift idea: instant delivery by e-mail, personalization with a name, and printing at the recipient's choice.

Usage, returns & cancellation
How many posters can I download? Each purchase provides access to a download link for personal use only. Our printable posters cannot be resold or redistributed.
Can I cancel my order? As our products are digital posters for download, no cancellation or refund is possible after download, in accordance with regulations on digital content. In case of technical issues, please contact us immediately.
Can I return or exchange a poster? No returns or exchanges are possible after download, as it is a digital product. In case of a corrupt file or defective link, our customer service will assist you promptly.
