WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
The products offered in our shop are downloadable digital products.
Once the order has been validated and the file downloaded, it is not possible to cancel the order or obtain a refund, in accordance with the regulations applicable to digital content.
In case of technical problems (file not received or broken link), please contact us so that we can provide a solution.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY WORK?
There is no physical delivery.
The posters are available for immediate download after payment confirmation.
An email containing the download link will be sent to you automatically.
The files also remain accessible from your Shopify customer account.
ARE THE POSTERS PRINTED?
No.
We only sell high-definition digital files, intended to be printed by you or via a professional printer.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A POSTER?
As the posters are digital products, no returns or exchanges are possible after download.
However, if you encounter a technical problem with your file, please contact us so that we can intervene quickly.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
No address is required, as no physical product is shipped.
