WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
We have different payment methods: Paypall, Visa, CB, Master Cards, American Express.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO THIS?
You have 24 hours from the time your order was placed. Simply send us an email and we will cancel your order and refund you within 30 days.
DELIVERY
We ship orders within 24 business hours of receiving your payment. You will be notified by email and we will also provide you with the tracking number of your shipment.
We send you orders by Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Each item is sent, protected and carefully packaged. An email will be sent to you as soon as the package leaves with its number and reference. You will be able to follow its progress on the carrier's website.
CAN I CHANGE THE LOCATION OF MY ORDER?
Changing the delivery address after validation of your order is not possible.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To return one or more items, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day after delivery of the order. You have 14 days to return the items to us if they do not suit you. The items must be returned in the same condition as you received them.
Before making the return you must send us an email indicating:
- The order reference
- Items to be returned
- The reason for return

If one of the items is defective or damaged, please attach a photo of the problem to your email. We will respond within 48 working hours with the procedure to follow for your return.
Keep the stamped and dated receipt as proof of sending the return package. Depending on your country, the return time may vary.
As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive a confirmation email. After checking the items received, we will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If the latter is accepted, your refund will be made within 48 hours by our services. To this period, an additional bank processing time will be added, generally between 5 and 10 days.
